Pathways released V18.104.22.168 on December 30, 2008. This release includes the following additions and modifications to PATHWAYS COMPASS: Password Reset, Bookmark/Favorites and a modification to the Duplicate ID popup window.
This function will allow the user to reset their password. This new link will be visible on the login screen under the User ID and Password box. You will now be able to click on the Forgot Password link, enter your User Id and the new password will be sent to your email address on file. If you do not receive the new password or aren't certain we have your current email address, contact the Support Team.
This function will allow you to quickly Bookmark or Add to your Favorites the PATHWAYS COMPASS login page.
Duplicate ID popup window:
This is a modification to the current Duplicate ID message and to the OK and Cancel options. Below is the new pop up message for the Duplicate ID.
The ID you just entered is already in the system. Please avoid saving duplicate IDs, especially Social Security numbers.
--If you think you might have typed the ID incorrectly, click OK (or press Enter) and go back and change it
--Click Search on the Main menu, find the client with the same ID and work with that client record
--Click Cancel to save a new client record. CAUTION: If you do this a duplicate ID will be created
